Good Hope High School is situated in Kuilsriver
The Seventh-day Adventist Church established Good Hope Training School in 1929 on the Cape Flats, Cape Town. The institution, which incorporated primary and high school as well as ministerial and teacher training, was transferred to the farmVorentoe in Kuils River in 1963 from Riverside, Athlone, which had been its home since 1930. This year (2023) the school is celebrating 60 years of continuous Adventist education on its campus in Kuils River and 94 years since its establishment.
By 1982 the school closed its tertiary programmes and became a high school only. The school operates from Grade 7 through to Grade 12. A primary school operates independently on the same campus, along with a church.
